Ocha no Kyoto DMO (“DMO”)　observes the Act on Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations. The official DMO site “Ocha no Kyoto” is operated under the following personal information protection policy to safeguard the personal information of its users.

When DMO collects personal information, it will specify the purpose of use, and collect it by legal and fair means.

2. Use of personal information
The personal information that DMO collects will only be used to the extent necessary to carry out its business, within the scope specified at the time of collection, and within reasonable relevance. When DMO is requested by a user to disclose, correct, suspend, or delete his or her personal information, it will promptly comply with the request according to laws and regulations.
